Albahr Facilitators provides job placement support, visa application assistance, and travel logistics for individuals seeking overseas employment and opportunities. While we are committed to providing high-quality and reliable services, certain outcomes are beyond our direct control.
2. Visa Application Disclaimer
While we assist with visa documentation and application submission, Albahr Facilitators does not have direct control over the decisions made by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
- We cannot guarantee that a visa application will be approved.
- Visa applications may be delayed, denied, or subjected to additional review by the issuing authority.
- In the event of a visa rejection, visa fees are non-refundable.
- At our discretion, and depending on the specific circumstances, we may assist with reapplying for the visa; however, this will require the client’s cooperation and, in some cases, additional fees.
3. Job Placement Disclaimer
While we strive to connect clients with the most suitable job opportunities abroad, Albahr Facilitators does not guarantee employment placement.
- The final hiring decision lies solely with the employer.
- We do not guarantee job offers, job interviews, or employment within a specific time frame.
- In the event that a job placement is not secured, visa or service fees already paid remain non-refundable.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
- All payments made for visa processing, travel arrangements, and consultancy services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Albahr Facilitators.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during the application process.
- Any failure to provide required documentation or deliberate misinformation may result in delays, denials, or termination of services without refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide all necessary documentation and information truthfully and on time.
- Comply with the laws and requirements of the destination country.
- Understand that immigration authorities and employers reserve the right to reject applications based on their own criteria.
6. Limitation of Liability
Albahr Facilitators is not liable for:
- Visa rejections or delays caused by government authorities.
- Employment outcomes or contract terms decided by third-party employers.
- Costs incurred due to denial of entry, change in immigration law, or client non-compliance with regulations.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our services. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
